For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” (1 Thess, 4:16-18).“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality” (1 Cor. 15:51-53).
You are combining two unrelated passages as I have pointed out to you before. These events are 1,000 years apart.

1 Thes 4 describes the Day of the Lord, not some fabricated Pre-Trib Rapture. Context, context, context!! Why do you (and others) insist on cherry picking this passage and not take the whole lesson in context??? Read on...

1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.

2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.

3 For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

The passage continues and Paul tells us to "watch and be sober." It would be kinda hard to watch for the Day of the Lord if we have already been raptured off to heaven. I guess we could watch from up there but the warning would lose it's importance, don't ya think???

I doubt the rapture would take place near Christmas, not saying it couldn't but Christmas isn't even his actual b day so if he were to take us near his b day it would be during the summer which I believe was the season of his actual birth

Funny story, last year I told Jesus all I wanted for my birth day and Christmas( since they are both only five days apart) was for him to take me home so I could be with him forever.

It's annoying as heck, actually. ESPECIALLY when the threads are a year or more old, AND the OP was banned or left.. :/

Threads like these are resurrected all the time. It'd be better if they were simply deleted after a period of inactivity spanning more than a month or so for the sake of getting rid of confusion and clutter.

That would decrease the google rating by a huge amount.

Also, some old, inactive threads are more interesting than current ones. I don't think deleting them is the answer but locking them sounds good.

Until armies start gathering outside Jerusalem I won't be looking up... Better chance of seeing Santa Claus than Jesus prior to that happening.
