Humm, is that a compliment or a backhanded way of saying yes. Lol
Which one gets me of the hook?

Actually I have just received a few e-mails from hippopotamuses complaining about the comparison.

It wasn't a failure, it just needed a few improvements. :p

(Just kidding, guys. You know we admire you just the way God made you. :))
I'm not so sure we can be so easily convinced. Many do seem to believe the notion that God "got it right the second time" idea is true. Perhaps not literally but few women, even Christian, seem to me to actually Believe in equality.

While not a fan of Judge Judy I must respect her attitude towards her gender in regards to her success.
When a feminist tried to elevate JJ as some sort of feminist role model JJ quickly shot that notion down. The woman persisted in forcing this title on JJ where JJ explained she had Never been a part of Any woman's group. She said she was a lawyer, not a female lawyer, she was a judge, not a female judge. That she defined herself and didn't let others define her (as this feminist woman was trying to do). She explained she never felt there was any issue with her gender on her road to success and she didn't need a woman's organization backing to her get anywhere.
THAT to me is evidence of equality. She proved herself by her own accomplishments and didn't hide behind her gender, nor did she put down any other gender. Her success and failures were her own.
I find that much more respectable (And rarer) of an attitude than "I can do as good or better than a man" which is what we mostly hear.

I can agree with this, Ugly. I've always been uncomfortable when men and women jokingly disparage the other gender, and even more so when they're Christian men and women. My goal is to be more like Jesus-which is why Philippians 4:4-9 are some of my favorite verses. I sometimes fall short of living these concepts, but always strive to live this way. I understand that I should think of things that are true; honest; just; pure; lovely, of a good report, things virtuous, and things praiseworthy. This is the basis for the concept I was taught, to conform all things to Christ Jesus. No judgment on any others here or anywhere else-just conviction for my shortcomings. Blessings to all in the body today.

I know little of what makes us equal, but I know this: Both men AND women have equal access to salvation through belief in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I was tempted to say something about
Baalams Ass but I resisted!

Naughty Miri lol

Well where were we.

Oh yes trying to encourage the men to
talk. You see this is why there is no
men’s forum they would run out of
things to say.

So men what do you want to talk about
since women aren’t allowed in here. :p

What's a dish washer?

My wife told me we needed a new one.

So I said "Why would I want to replace you?

She hasn't spoken to me since.

Back whenever I was still living in my folks house, my brother’s idea of a washing machine was his sisters and his mother:p.

I left home at a very early age, so I learned how to take care of myself, and realized that was part of growing up.

I knew a science teacher who had 3 wives.

His dishwasher
His washing machine
His coffee maker!

I assume he is either still single or he has learnt where the rubber washing up
gloves are kept. Lol
