You broke the law. You were guilty of it. And written on the window of your soul was the penalty for the violation of the law. Whether out of ignorance, or out of intent, you broke the law, and the law, when it is broken requires justice. So, the law was against you because you broke it. Indeed, if you kept the law fully then you would not be responsible for breaking the law. If you say the law is unfair consider that you were violating the law, which is good, and you brought it on yourself (ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. NO ONE IS EXCUSED, ALL HAVE BROKEN HIS COMMANDS).
So now, you were subject to the penalty of the law, for the offense. Not of Adam, but that you also transgressed the command of the Lord.
AND IT WAS A TICKET YOU COULDN'T PAY!! And there was no one person rich enough to pay it for you. The very Son of God had to pay that ticket for you. Jesus Christ had to come down from heaven, being the holy righteous Son of God to pay that fine for you. As it was written:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes on him, shall not perish but have everlasting life.
But this was more than a ticket, this was CAPITAL MURDER!! THIS WAS ADULTERY, THIS WAS REBELLION TO THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS!!
My friend. If you do not take that payment that was paid for you, the very blood of Jesus, you will pay for your own ticket. And because you cannot afford to pay it, it will not get paid and you will spend eternity in hell. ETERNITY!
But you don't have to be afraid if you simply believe on Jesus, and also continue IN HIM!! Meaning, because you were saved, BY GRACE you must also continue IN GRACE. It is not an occasion to sin, but a chance to please the Father. To get a NEW LIFE! To start over again AS IF YOU HAD NEVER SINNED!!
My friend, Buddhah can't pay it, Muhammad can't pay it, your pastor can't pay it, your teachers can't pay it. No apostle paid it, no disciple paid it. No priest paid it. No angel paid it. NO CREATURE PAID IT. As God said. He will provide for himself a sacrifice. And that was Jesus Christ.
HE is the atoning RAM of God!!! Please, stop following people and sin, and this world. And obey the only one who would die for you. PLEASE!
