Advice needed please..

"When in doubt, throw it out". Why join any worldly club anyway. Do you not know you can belong to the family of GOD. What more do you want than that? Do you know what Jesus did for you? It is more than about heaven or hell and where you will end up. HE gave up HIS LIFE for you. That means that all that HE had, HIS very LIFE can be yours and all that consists of that LIFE. WOW !!! WHAT AN AWESOME GOD. HE holds NOTHING BACK from you receiving what HE had from the FATHER. IT IS ALL YOURS BECAUSE OF HIM!!! WHAT AN AWESOME GOD!!! Why seek something else that this world offers? He gives you all and more that you can ever ask or think. He will fulfill you like nothing else. I am not just telling you words, but I tell the TRUTH. You can have the VERY POWER and LOVE of GOD working through you to change others. Change them for the better for the KINGDOM. You can have a portion of the KINGDOM. You can be a CONDUIT for this KINGDOM to flow from HEAVEN, through YOU to this WORLD. A conduit, letting HIS WILL flowing from HEAVEN, through YOU to this WORLD. Why would you desire or even think of something else worldly?

even though not all members are christian they do very much alot great community service and social service work,if you choose too join i personally see nothing spiritually wrong with it.
and i am in The: "Knghts of Columbus" we do alot of the same work we are a bible church based group of christian men,we have a sister organization too that does this same work as well.

Jump to conclusions much? Where in her post did she say she was curious to join? I don't see it. How do you know she isn't seeking information because she knows someone else who is involved in it, or looking to join it and wants to know if her concerns are valid? Or maybe she drives by it a lot and just has a curiosity as to what it is.

A year ago, I would have jumped very hard at someone asking about this. I would have searched all the info about it and made my judgement to whoever would be involved in any thing of this sort. Now I want to just preach Jesus and Him Crucified. I do not know if the poster OFM was asking to join or because someone she knows is involved or whatever. My statement was made to suggest that it is all about JESUS and HIM CRUCIFIED. My statement really was not suppose to be taken personally, but a way to Glorify Jesus.

I did not mean to offend anyone nor did I meant to assume anything. I was just trying to make a general statement. God's Blessings

I went with my dad to a Rotary meeting back in the 1960s when I was a kid. I think they were a group of business men. They seemed like nice people.

Amen, LORD Jesus Christ is All-sufficient to save.
Our Wonderful Saviour who died for my sins according to scriptures, was buried and He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.

In agreement that it's about HIM and to Glorify HIM & not focus on anything that might worry us. HE has it all figured out.
GOD is good and wise!
