I come to CC Chat to pray, encourage, uplift, and support my brothers and sisters in Christ. I have a heart for people and a deep hatred for the enemy that wants to destroy people. So I will take time to listen to peoples hearts, problems, feelings and do what I can to encourage them in their walk with the Lord in more freedom from the enemies traps and lies.

This is why I am here so please DO NOT presume to know my own heart better than I know myself.

Just because I chat with you, pray for you, listen to your problems, encourage you or show Godly love towards you is does not mean the following:
  • I am not falling in love with you, or attracted to you or am interested in starting an online relationship with you
If you think otherwise and you are convince I am the one deluded then please continue to read:
  • Love is NOT self seeking so if you think your falling in love with me and your just waiting for me to realise my own heart then let me ask the following. If love is NOT self seeking why do you continually PM me trying to get my attention? Do you not think If I REALLY wanted to chat I would PM you? Do you not think constantly PMing me whilst you can clearly see me chatting in the main room both typing and on Mic is attention seeking behaviour and is extremely bad manners ? Or are your social skills that bad and your own neediness that selfish that you will overlook these factors?
  • Are you REALLY that shallow that you think you can get to know a person after a few conversations that you now think you love me? You think you know what makes me laugh, what makes me cry, how I love to spend my time, how I relate to my kids, how I relate to my work collogues, what TV programmes I watch, what music I listen to, what my hopes and dreams are for the future, what my walk with God is like, how I drink my tea and coffee, what is my favourite food...the list is endless! I am unique, fearfully and wonderfully made and people only get to see a very SMALL percentage of who I am in CC . To say you love me, or you think you do after a very short period of time chatting to me then you are deluded. You CANNOT love someone you do not know. And you do NOT know me. In fact , it is INSULTING to think that I am THAT shallow that you can get to know me in a week, a month or even a year through an internet Chat room.
The problem lies with you.YOUR neediness, attention seeking behaviour will cross boundaries you were never meant to cross. So instead of looking to people, look to God to get yourself sorted out.

This may seem a little harsh but the truth will set you free. Even if it means you leave me alone because you find my words too sharp and cutting. At least I will be free from your attention seeking behaviour. And once you have understood proper boundaries and know how to respect others ABOVE yourself then maybe we can chat again someday.

Wow! Is this the sort of thing that happens regularly in the chat room? (I've never been there). Good on you for telling it to them straight!

It seems to happen regularly to me and I have heard it happen to others too. So now at least I will post this link in their PM box instead of me having to repeat myself yet again. I hope others may find it useful too :)

I'm reporting a pervert in the health department. He's old enough to be my father/bordering on grandfather. Maketh me sicketh. I had good male role models (grandfather and his brothers). So, when a sicko comes onto me I am appalled. It's disgusting. It's a perversion spirit that needs to be exposed!
