I still have to watch Ben Hur and Greatest Story Ever Told. Some of my favorites are Abraham, Moses(with the dude who played Ghandi), Joseph(Ben Kingsley again), and the Gospel of John.
Yes a lot of them are not super accurate to the biblical accounts unfortunately, but I think they can give some small insight into the emotions behind history, as well as give a visual picture of those events.
