This is kind of a rant.

I can't stand when I find an article that looks interesting, only to find that it's a list-style click-through article that lists 10-30 things and you have to click a new page for each thing. It's a cheap, dirty way for them to get free advertising money.

If you didn't already know this, owners of web pages with ads get paid for each page someone views. Instead of getting paid for one ad, they get paid for up to 30 ads while still showing the same content.

On top of that, it takes FOREVER to read on my smartphone when it has to load every single page 30 times when it only changes a picture and some text.

Ahhhh... I HATE THIS! I was just ranting a few days ago about those irritating websites. Rather than a list of whatever you were wanting to know about, you have to actually go through a slide-show and reload the page 20 times to read it all, at one sentence per page in huge text.

Oh, the grief... the absolute grief these pages cause...

I hear the whole idea came out just as a way to irritate you. Personally i'm a litle frightened by the vehemence of your little outburst. I'm going to go hide now.
