O Holy Night is probably my favorite, but I prefer it sung the traditional way -- with full operatic fervor!
I also love I Wonder as I Wander. So hauntingly beautiful.
And for the pure majesty, you gotta love Hark, the Herald Angels Sing, with full celestial organ and sopranos singing a ridiculously high descant on the last verse!
From a secular standpoint, do any of you know Harry Connick's It Must Have Been Ol' Santa Claus? Fantastic piece that just doesn't get the air time it deserves!
