Hi all. I was wondering if anyone else has this in the morning, when you first wake and that you have a feeling of fear, and then another morning have depression. and another of joy, and so on.

How and why do you think that feeling has to stay with you all day, and you cant seem to shake it.
and if you do have these feelings , why do you think its different every morning.

Do you think maybe its the dreams we had during the night that we dont remember?

Need some insight and sugguestions.

Thanks
GOD BLESS

Sometimes, when I have a really rewarding and joyful day from God the night before, I wake up depressed the next morning. I finally traced it to my body can only take so much joy. It was just rebounding.

I think this depends from people to people. From own experience I know that if I have had a nightmare attack from the enemy during the night, this will also affect my mood the next coming morning when I wake up. Same as if I have been having a bad day the day before, then this can also affect my mood next day. Whenever I feel joyful and not had any specific dream nor any attack nightmares from the enemy, then I will be waking up fine the next day again.

Attack nightmares from the enemy is very recognisable, as you will be filled up with an awful dread feeling when you are waking up again, or this is how I have experienced. Whenever there is a dreadful feeling over me that also makes me feeling a lot more depressed when waking up, then I know it is for certain an attack from the enemy whilst sleeping.

A suggestion I have that I too use for myself, is to pray for Jesus's protection over our dream world too. That His Blood may protect our dreams and sleep in Jesus name. As well as to pray for His joy to be with you all the time, when you sleep as well as when you wake up again.
