Im not a morning person. I always end up having to fix my coffee machine, almost every morning. Therefore, I have concluded that anything with a circuit board with break when exposed to dust, water, or, in the instance of my coffee maker, coffee.

More of a night time person, generally. 2PM is about normal for me to wake up and get started under normal circumstances (Been stressful lately, however).
At 2pm... I'm wondering "what more can I do today?" Lol when I was a teenager... I was all about outside and being a kid of course... But now... Psh... Chores, fixing stuff... And oh.. Running errands all day long lol. The only time I was able to sleep in that late... Was when I was super sick.. Even being sick it's hard for me to stay in bed. XD

I literally sing to myself...

java, Java.. Java Java..

Really fast and happy just to make me in a better mood so I don't screw up MY coffee lol. Either the coffee machine has scared me... Or something else spooked me and I've screwed up the coffee maker some how.... Someway. Lol

im just a clutz that way I guess. :p

There are days when I get up early, but I'm usually able to sleep in a little bit. I am most definitely not a morning person XD. I don't want to be up, be bothered, talked to, looked at, or anything lol. I've been like that since I was a kid. :p
Same here! Never been one to socialize til after the mid afternoon. Exception being when forced to by work schedule...

I used to be the person who slept until 2 in the afternoon because I used to stay up all night caring for my father and so my sleep schedule was completely backwards even months after he passed away.

One day i decided I had to stop sleeping the day away. Now I've gone to the other extreme. My normal wake up time is between 4:30 and 6:30am (crazy, right?!). The problem with getting up so early is that everyone else is asleep and nothing's open yet except the 24 hour mcdonalds and I'm not a big fan of theirs.

I should really go to the gym at that time (its open 24 hours), but I am hungry so I eat something light like a cheese stick or a protein shake and usually something else like a yogurt or banana or a balance bar, then I check the news online and facebook and CC. Then I usually go out and buy breakfast because I'm hungry again. It's often a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and diet coke. Then I eat at home and figure out what I will be doing that day.

Guess I'm the only one gonna be honest and truthful huh?

First thing(s) first...

Get outta bed, kinda move my legs to make sure they are gonna work, walk over to where my hoodie is laying on the dresser, slip it on, walk from bed through kitchen (pausing just long enough to switch on coffee pot) to the bathroom. Relieve the nagging pressure in my kidneys that forced me to get up so early!

Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh, that's better

Mornings... What a sad thing. XD

I am totally a night person. I love the focus I can get on coffee and adrenalin, late at night, working on a project until four o'clock in the morning. Starts about midnight for me. That's my zone.

And yes, I am a coffee drinker. All times of day. Often too much. But I'm immune to coffee addiction so there's been no big pressure to quit. XD

But...work comes around kinda early for me...and I gotta be there. So, that late night adventure doesn't happen very often.

It usually goes like this (because I'm totally not a motivated person): Wake up at seven thirty, stay in bed as long as possible, checking the time every five minutes (until about eight), take the quickest shower the world has ever seen and slip on one of my few outfits that don't need to be ironed. Grab my stuff and coffee cup, and rush out the door - arriving just in time for the team morning meeting.

If I'm good, (which I'm usually not this good), I'll wake up at seven and really get myself together without so much time pressure. Get to work twenty minutes early and hang out with the others before the meeting starts. It's so awesome because then I can really enjoy my coffee with cream and sugar and even have time for breakfast. Which I don't need so it's kinda a treat.

And LittleBit1987, I LOVE that movie Breakfast at Tiffany's! It's one of my top five. Pretty in Pink, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Flashdance (skip the inappropriate scenes), Lord of the Rings (of course), and Star Wars (the old ones, particularly.) : )

I didn't literally really answer the question the first time, so I'll say the first thing I do is brush the teeth. Someone thinks I overdo it XD. 1. Floss 2. Brush 3. Mouth Wash 4. Whitening Mouth Wash. Yes, I use two mouth washes. Always. Also, I pretty much never eat breakfast. I'm never hungry in the morning for some reason. Also Also, coffee is a foreign subject to me. :p

I love ALL of Audrey Hepburn's movies... I don't have a favorite. But I do prefer her movies in color. Lol Breakfast at Tiffany's was my first movie I ever saw with her in it, then it was Charade.... Then I was hooked XD

I'm gonna say... "No comment" cause someone already beat me to the punch... (Over teeth-Brusher!!) :p
I sometimes HAVE to eat breakfast, and or make myself eat it.. Cause I'm up anyways.. Might as well right? But my hunger doesn't strike till... 9-10am.... And I'm up at 5:30-6am. Lol it depends on how busy I get at work too... Cause my job is all moving around, running around... Walking around.. I don't have to work out at the gym cause I'm already working out at work!! Lol

also.... Coffee is a MUST!!! I HAVE to have my coffee... There's just no other way around it >.>

I try to keep a fairly routine morning ritual. Wake up around 6:30, thank Jesus God the Father and his Holy Spirit for waking me up then pray for a bit. Get up roll over to the kitchen and fire up the coffee pot and head to the bathroom. Return to the kitchen to fix my oatmeal. Take my coffee n oatmeal back to my easy chair, fire up the laptop go to the site I read the Bible on and begin reading the new testament. read four or five chapters.

I work retail, so my schedule is really all over the place : p

Alot of times I wake up as early as 1 am to get ready for my 4 am shift. Depending on how much sleep I get, Im fine with it. If I can get at least five hours of sleep, Ill usually get right up and junk. If I only get like 3 hours of sleep, Ill get up grumpy and unhappy :/

I like to have like an hour to get myself up and all that. Ill sit around and relax at that point. Whatever it is Ill do depends. I usually feel thirsty when I wake up. I hate coffee though : p I need something cold to drink when I wake up. Sometimes I like drinking chocolate milk in the morning. Or juice, too. As long as its cold, thats really all I want when I wake up : p

I do eat breakfast, usually. It gives me energy for the work day and helps me from feeling hungry throughout the day (I have a weight gaining problem so Im almost always worried about what and how much I eat). Breakfast also gives me something to look forward to waking up for, as weird as that sounds : p I hate hot foods when I wake up though. Alot of times Ill eat oatmeal, but I can feel pretty uncomfortable with it because hot foods in the morning feel terrible to me. I often like to eat a bowl of cereal or whatever if Im not worried about weight gain.

I like to shower before work, Ive never been a shower before bed person, doesnt feel right to me : p I also feel the need to wash my hands directly after waking up. Cant totally say why, but they feel weird when I wake up. And of course like every other human being I go potty. After either watching something on youtube or posting a few things on a forum I eventually get up, get dressed, grab my book bag and mp3 player and begin my hour long walk to work.

Holy cow! That's nice and detailed there!! Wooooot!!! ^5 :p

Now, as for everything you said.. I'm the same way with good in the morning (most of the time) but when it's cold outside... I gotta have oatmeal... And when it's warm and hot and muggy... It all depends what my tummy wants. I have a weight gaining problem as well, so I feel your pain there.. Only mine isn't serious, just I don't gain it where the weigh needs to be... I goes to my booty... Or my thighs... lol that's where most of my 'body fat' lies at the current moment. :p

I can take showers in the morning... AND night... At night it's relaxing to me, mornings... Obviously it wakes me up lol and I feel clean for the rest of the day. But more so... Shower morning.. Unless I really don't wanna fight with my hair in the morning, then I'll shower at night and get the styling stuff done the night before and just wake up brush it out and call it a day. ;)

Coffee is a must in my life... No coffee.... Mean And cranky Lil'bit... Lol no joke. I HAVE to have my one cup to wake up too... Unless you wanna deal Wright the devil woman.. The choice is yours :p

Im known for having alot to say with my online friends yeah : p

And I have a friend who says that coffee is an acquired taste. Like he started drinking it just to help himself wake up in the mornings before work, and that now he really enjoys just having it.

I believe thats true, but Im just not in a hurry to acquire the taste for coffee : p I usually feel okay in the mornings, unless I didnt get enough sleep. And I kinda have a hard time believing coffee will make me feel better on those days : p

I'm just saying... I need my coffee. And can you believe I didn't even LIKE coffee when I was younger.. Crazy huh? Lol

I drank water to wake up.. Didn't care how, just water. And now I'm like... I need coffee.. Water, coke, Diet Pepsi... Even milk won't wake me up. I do have a hard time fully waking up... But when I do get sleep.. I just like having coffee to drink. It's not required all the time... Just work days and Sunday's :)

I work shifts too. But the last 6 months I've been doing consistent day shifts (I prayed for it, and whenever our scheduler sends the month's work calendar, something always comes up that I end up doing day shifts all month!).

Anyway, yea, I so am a morning person! I like mornings. I really really really like mornings. Here's my routine:

First, I switch off my alarm clock. (Maybe stay in bed for 5 mins or more.)
Get up and go to the kitchen and prepare my honey + lemon warm drink while I listen to one of Terri Savelle Foy's podcast (5-10mins long)
Read a devotional, and a bible chapter. Pray.
Shower. Then, prepare lunchbox. Listen to another podcast (usually a sermon by Charles Stanley or Andrew Wommack) and leave for work with my headphones on.

Sometimes, when I have enough time, I play SimCity BuildIt (city building game on my phone lol).
