I use the crockpot and chicken thighs get dried out. (How do you dry out chicken thighs? I STILL don't know! lol)

Lol I know, its annoying when you try to make a meal and it doesn't turn out. I guess you have to add soup or some liquid to the chicken. Maybe that would do the trick?

I sometimes clean the restrooms at work (we all do, its a team effort where I work : p ) And the mens bathroom is very noticably nicer than the womens. And Im not saying this out of some weird bias. One time my mom came to work and had to use the restroom, but the womens room was flooded again, so she used the mens while I watched the door for her. When she came out she commented on how much nicer the mens restroom was : p

Theres even less vandalism for some reason. We have one swastika by the urinal at the end of the room. One stall someone wrote "Sanders sucks and Obama too!" and another where someone wrote "John 3:16", and someone wrote next to it "Will be here at", which really made me laugh : p The womens room doesnt really have any offensive stuff written in the stalls, but theres more of it : p
I don't mean to say I'm discounting someone who is running for President, but my first thought was, "Who doesn't like Col. Sanders?" At least his chicken thighs aren't as dry as mine.

As for rest rooms, my experience is more along the lines of nursing homes, so maybe that's the difference in smells.

Did you add a broth or water with spices to cook it in? Also had a friend try and use a crock pot without a lid....didn't go so well.
Yup. Always have to have water, simply because it can't be a stew without it. I even learned a lazy-cook method for thickening the broth into stew-like consistency. I add a handful of pasta to the bottom of the pot first. Cook pasta in a crockpot all day, and it disintegrates. Easier than adding flour, simply because I never know how much flour is enough for that much water.

Then the Three Amigos (carrots, onions, and celery) then the chicken, and stir. If I'm home, I'll stir about once an hour. (If I'm not home, I will stop by the house somehow or other halfway through the day. Back when I crockpotted often, I came home from work at lunchtime.) Halfway through, I'll add the herbs and more pasta, (and water if needed, but it rarely is), this time because the pasta will be done on time. And an hour before dinner, I'll add frozen veggies (broccoli, green beans, usually.)

Might as well be overcooked turkey breast with no herbs added. It's so dry, it could be the yolk of a hard-boiled egg.

Most of hubby's meals are 5-stars. His "lousy-meals" (stuff that just didn't work out), may, on a rare occasion, only be a 3-star. At the height of my abilities, I might be able to pull off a 3-star, but it has nothing to do with added attention. I'm really just hit-or-miss. There are times when I have to look before putting the food in my mouth to tell the difference between my meatloaf and my mashed potatoes.

And meatloaf is my best meal!

Actually, I was called a "housekeeper." If I was really keeping my house, I wouldn't be out cleaning someone else's house. I'm not quite sure why women aren't called janit... "custodial engineers."

But, I haven't even "eh, Sonny?" anyone yet.

I've always wanted to be that little old lady, that "Eh, Sonny" everyone -- including girls. I'm going to have to shrink a few more inches to get to the "little" part.

When we were young, most of the "old folks" were refined, prim-and-proper, and distinguished. How far we've fallen to count me in that group. lol

The same here but I only do 10% of the cooking but 90% of the dishes.
More like 100% of the dishes until the dishwasher broke then wifie was doing most all of the hand washing of the dishes....Only for maybe a week then the new dishwasher came.... So you load and empty a dishwasher beautifully no complaints here....lol Also a lovely job on pot washing...the pans not the plant....lol
