Every day before the crack of dawn the staff prepare and serve breakfast, before eating, most have a brief study or at least share some words of encouragement before doing tasks like making beds and handing mail out to the homeless. Provide clothing and showers, had out bus tokens for those who need a hand up and are willing to take it.
Prepare lunch during, 1st chapel service inc. altar call. Serve & clean then have a bible study among themselves. Do laundry, go to markets pick up donations and dive through dumpsters. Clean and sort food.
That's all in 1/2 a days work. There is still another chapel service and meal to go plus showers and beds. All for drunks, junkies, whores, gays and psychos, you know, sinners!
They do it for free, willingly with love, through the power of the Holy Spirit. The job is hard and the people they care for smell. Rather than complain say 'But there for the grace of God go i'
