If you have what did He look like? What did He say to you? What does He sound like?

Hello, and welcome to cc! Jesus said that whatever you do to the least of His, you do to Him. If we are in Jesus, we are all a part of His body. So with that in mind, I'm not sure an apparition is necessary to hear Him. Also, the Word can speak directly to your heart. Praying you have a wonderful experience here.

Well ive seen Jesus and heard both the father and the Lord.. The voice of the Lord Jesus is like many waters, The Fathers as thunder and the holy spirit soft as a dove.

His sheep know his voice. Your reaction just shows that you dont know him. And to be honest, TUMS are not my thing, but if you like em, double the dosage.

If possible can you describe what Jesus looked like when you saw Him? Did you see if He had long hair?

Cool! I've recently decided to read my Bible more often so I hope I'll get a visitation.

When I was an infant in Christ a girl gave a testimony in church where she described having a conversation with Jesus. I remember getting angry, not at her but in general, that He had not spoken to me audibly. It's funny now. He speaks to us how He chooses. I get these downloads of consciousness and info usually at the precise time I need them. It's pretty cool and makes more sense to me than a conversation would.

yes, do read the Bible. :)

i didn't mean you'll get a 'visitation', though. God speaks to us through the written Word, i believe, and He has given us all we need for life and Godliness in it. we walk by faith, not by sight.

welcome to the site, btw :)

Reason cannot explain God's revelation. Those who love the Lord and have the Holy Spirit are more sensitive to His voice.

I know what you meant, its just that God knows how much I wanna see Him and I have this feeling in my heart that if I draw nigh to Him He'll let me see Him face to face. He know I'm adamant about it lol. God has drawn me to Him but I haven't been putting any effort so now I'm changing that.

Right, I was just hoping people would try to describe their encounter with God as best they could. Lately I have hardened my heart towards God because of issues I'm going through so I haven't been feeling anything from Him. But I'm trying to change that. He still answers my prayers.

I can't think of an example right now. And it's hard to explain without sounding crazy. Lol. It's close to what Charlie described.

Here is an example but not mine. Our pastor said that the first time he saw his future wife walk into the room. He heard a voice in his head that said "wife". It must be the Holy Spirit because they end up getting married despite the circumstances. The woman was already enggaged and our pastor did nothing to steal her. He just prayed and sent a birthday present but did not write his name on the card.

No

but I do remember a small church somewhere in Scotland (outside some small village somewhere),
where I had to kneel down the moment I stepped into the nave. Never felt anything like it before or after.

I'll pray you get it, although chances are it is already there. I've noticed that it's up to us to turn down the static noise of this world, that's when we hear.
