Saved 72~ Don't mean to sound mean, but hey I have been a Mother,
so I am going to talk like one. Didn't we have this discussion the other day?
Are you wanting to keep starting new threads until you have someone tell
you it is okay to be homosexual ?

You know the answer and you will do what you want either way. I am very
curious why you need start this again. I pray you find your answer, and forgive
me if I am wrong about your having this topic on here a few days ago.

I think it's funny and kinda sad when people complain when they get lumped together with the westboro baptist church and the like, but then turn around and lump all LGBT people into a single category, as if they have a single belief or ideology or agenda, each individual is different and i promise that you will always find individuals that defy your preconceived notions about that group of people. The SAME goes for LGBT people who lump christians into a single category by the way, and the fact that both groups do it shows in a funny way their shared humanity.

I was thinking this morning about God and homosexuality. Since homosexuality
is such a major issue since the President has given his approval, more people
feel good about sharing their sexual urges for the same sex.

Look, In the beginning God created the first "man" and named him Adam.
He felt Adam needed a mate, what did He create Adam? Surprise !! It was a
SHE... Her name is Eve. Now, why would God create Adam and Eve with
different sexual organs ? Did Adam have a womb to carry a child ? No, He
gave Eve the womb. Why ? He said they should multiply.
Gen. 1:
[SUP]27 [/SUP]So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.


Before He created Adam and Eve, He had variety of animals.
I was raised on a farm. We never had horse mate with a horse
of same sex. A cow needed a bull. Never did we see a female
cow have sex together. Bulls ? Never did see bulls have sex.

My point is, if God was creator of homosexuality, or made an
error in His creation I believe we would see it in the Word. If
it is not in Gods Word it is not going to hold water, no matter how
many people try to push this agenda.

Personally ? I think it is never going to end. I believe it is being
spread like a poison and I feel sorry for the one who has to do
battle. There will always be an excuse man or woman will make
to cover for the simple 'spirit of lust.'

That is my thought. I love the person, but I sure am tired of
having to see it on commercials now, or any place on the news.
God help those who are trying to be freed.

Oh, I could have been a Lesbian. But, golly-gee, I knew it was
a sin. Lust ? Yep... had that too. So don't think I am just a stupid
little old lady who doesn't know anything about life. I have had
my struggles just like others when it came to lust.

Only through Jesus Christ could I be delivered, and I praise Him
for what He is going to do for you.

Right on! we don't have to accept ourselves as "just made that way". If that was so, the DNA of babies would show it and babies would be born inheriting this DNA and they don't. It is only true that bodies can have different levels of testosterone, but it has been found that even glands can be affected by emotion and thoughts. It is more accurate to say, for some, from the time I was a little kid I was mixed up about male and female roles so I formed my brain in this way by how I let myself think.

I have a friend who had a stroke that wiped out the part of his brain that controlled speech. He had to feed all words back into his brain and reform it, and he did it so he now speaks well. When Christ comes into our lives our brain becomes capable of understanding spiritual things, things of God. Some people know, right away, it is the most important of living so it instantly wipes out desires for things against God's ways like alcoholism or homosexuality.

To list all the people and animals who follow this as a reason to follow just doesn't make sense. We follow Christ.

We are NOT talking about minorities. We are discussing people who are joining together in a way that is against how we were created. It is so serious to the operation of our world that when this becomes as rampart as it is now, the entire world will suffer. That has been true throughout history. A history of the downfall of the Roman Empire is one example, it is always part of the mix of causes. It is always mixed in when moral decline of a nation is reported. It is serious.

It seems a private affair, something people not part of should simply be able to ignore. But it affects our world. And they ask us to marry them, accept them, pretend it isn't against how our world is created to run! That puts it more than private.

despite its name homosexuality has to do with more thansex. Just like heterosexuality it involvesemotional and romantic ties.

In that vein same gendered pair bonds occur in a lot ofdifferent species. These bonds areenduring, often lasting for the lifetime of the creatures involved.

My point is, if God was creator of homosexuality, or made an

Years ago I read a book by David Gerrold ( I believe it isout of print) Gerrlod was a writer for the show and most famous for “the Trouble with Tribbles” episode. He relates that when NBC signed the show forbroadcast the first several episodes were done but many were afraid thataffiliates in southern states would refuse to air it because it featured minoritiesGeorge Takei and Nichelle Nichols as officers and as social equals. Apparently those affiliates felt that theircustomers didn’t want to such things on-screen. The studio scrambled to produce an episode that did not feature thesetwo characters for the southern affiliates to screen.

1 Timothy 1:5 Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith,
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
2 Corinthians 10:6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

To condemn others is to condemn self, period, and is the showing of not receiving the Mercy that God has given to us all through Christ
Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.
Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
Romans 9:15 For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.”

Bottom line whatever a person does is between God and that person. Now I see for me the only time I interfere on anyone's free will, is when I see one taking away another one's free will. Then by God's power that one that is trying to take another one's free will, God comes forth through me to stop it.
Free will we have all been given, so take away no one's free will, stand fast and love just as you are loved. Get a relationship with this amazing loving God, that went to the cross through his Son Christ and died for the sins, all the sins of the whole world, to bring you new life in God's Spirit being born again, and not harming anyone, trusting God to deal as God sees fit through you, not as flesh sees this and condemns this behavior, when all are guilty of bad behavior of some sort.
For me it is not for me, can love anyone yes? Why because God loved me first
1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

And others are doing this as well on Adultery even if only in their minds, you are not alone and it is up to you to talk directly to God, whom you do not hear as a Human, yet as Spirit, and that God plain and simple just loves you, for you to receive this type of Love from God by the cross of Christ, and thus, by your free will to God, God will change you to see and understand what God desires for you to understand and you will know and do, not by force, by choice free choice, which is what the enemy in this world hates. Free choice, to love God's way not the worlds way or flesh way.

God can be only worshipped in Spirit and truth, if one does really want to know God, then God will reveal himself to those that God sees as being truthful and seeking Mercy as I see you are.

there are many good educational texts on genetics. Please find one and give yourself somebackground knowledge on this topic.

There is a difference between a gene being present in one’sDNA and that gene being expressed or active.
There are many many many genetic traits that are notdirectly inherited. I common example wouldby type 1 diabetes. Unless one developstype 1 diabetes through illness or injury the primary cause is genetic. If memory serves, the specific gene islocated on chromosome 6. Individualswith type 1 diabetes almost never have parents who are diabetic and the childrenof type 1 diabetics almost never have it as well (children of type 1 diabeticsdo have a slightly increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes in later life).

I do appreciate your care for others, but think about what is happening. Read the news. Homosexuality is a choice, not a race. You don't have to be homosexual. People are trying to make it so it would be a hate crime to teach what I just posted! They want to put me in jail for saying homosexuality is a choice. How would you feel if they started putting in jail pastors and priests that will not marry two gay men? What is happening now.

Attorney general in Colorado is prosecuting a baker, who would not bake a cake for a gay wedding. Calls it a hate crime. A HATE CRIME WHEN YOU REFUSE TO SERVE SOMEONE WHO YOU THINK IS DOING SOMETHING AGAINST GODS WILL! It's one thing to not serve them because they're Gay. It's another to serve them at their wedding! It's the act the bakers are protesting not the person. Priest get put in Jail in Canada for saying that homosexual sex is a choice, not a must do.

Do you see were this can go? Not standing up to the fight will not win the battle.

Being gay IS a choice, even if how you think to make it started as a little child. It takes supreme effort to change after shaping yourself this way, but worth it.

God created man and He saw he was in need of a mate. That mate came
from his rib. ( ADAM ). From that rib came EVE.

I don't think we have to explain the Creation of man and wife and God did
this to allow procreation. Two sons were born of this union. God knew it
took a MALE AND FEMALE to produce children.

This discussion about homosexuality at one time would have been deemed
as filthy talk. Now we have to not only hear about it, we have to watch women
kissing and men kissing one another. Oh if only it would not be pushed upon
those of us who prefer to be what God intended.... heterosexual.

No hating, no bigotry, just please stop parading around like a "rooster in
a hen house." My husband was watching a Game show this week and our
favorite hostess of the show was passionately kissing another woman on air.
She is married and has 2 grown children. What was the purpose ? I have
no clue. I suppose it was her way of showing she is bi-sexual ?

God please help us know how to teach our young, this is abnormal sexual
behavior. Amen

Being gay is as much a choice as being left-handed or blue eyedor black skined
