What's an Australian Shepherd?
And is your heeler a red or a blue?

I have two dogs and three ratbag kids.

My Heeler is a blue. My Australian is about 12 inches high (shoulders) and looks like she got caught in a paintball fight. She is still a pup. If you google it you can see a picture. What breed are your ratbag kids? LOL

No wonder I hadn't heard of them before..from Wiki

The Australian Shepherd is a breed of herding dog that was developed on ranches in the Western United States. Despite its name, the breed, commonly known as an Aussie, did not originate in Australia.[1][2] They acquired their name because of association with Basque sheepherders who came to the United States from Australia.[3]

Nice looking dogs:)

My ratbags are aboriginal x caucasian of Irish descent. Wonderful when they are asleep:D

I had a beautiful German Shepperd, but the lord took him away from me. But I have been blessed with another German Shepperd, and I like this one more. Why does the lord work in such mischievous ways?

LOL!! I know.. She's so out numbered... But, that's her own fault for being dumb... If she was smart, maybe we would have wanted to get another one. But my family has always been cat people... We had 18 of them on the ranch at one point.

I have a cat, or now rather my parents have. Would have been tricky to have a cat as a student...

I want a dog when I get the room, time and money for one
