What does a christian woman do after 16 years of marriage the husband converted to islam and is now asking for second wife because he wants kids? Can she exit the marriage without worrying about judgment?

I would say yes..read 1 corinthians 7 clearly says if the unbelieving husband decides to leave..then you are no longer bound. But if you were to remarry as in if he decides to not reconcile and does not repent(God would not want you to be in a polygamist marriage it contradicts his word) then you are free..only stay single if you can, if of course after a while of you healing if you cannot handle being single..id first pray a lot, and if you must remarry,(though i believe God would rather you be single) then marry a true believer..but read 1 corinthians 7 regarding this matter.

He can't do that in America. It's either bigamy, adultery, or desertion, depending how he plays it to get the other wife. You can threaten either jail or taking all the marital assets. You have the law on your side to force him to divorce you first, over the issue of your Christianity. That makes him exit the marriage. Then Raulteetoe's Scripture clearly applies.

Of course, you should first try to pray and love him out of what he is doing. That is in that chapter as well.

Really?...What about the Mormons that are married to more than one wife in this country.
The law says they can't but they still do.

Utah may allow that, but if he leaves her for that, it's desertion. And that can only get away with it if the wife chooses not to fight back.

No brother Utah does not allow it. It is illegal according to state law.
There are sects of Mormons in other states that do this regardless of state and federal laws.
To name a few...
Texas
Colorado
Nevada
Arizona
South Dakota
Idaho
Wyoming
and probably in other states where Mormons live.
