By "fake", I think LB means that they aren't who they claim to be, in the sense of saying that they're a 25-year old female from Texas, and in actuality they may be a 16-year old boy in Wisconsin. Besides, some of us know for certain that YOU are who you say you are. Tourist and Darlene have proof.. LOL

Well, my name really is not "Willie", and I certainly do not consider myself to be the "typical" male I see around me everyday, But, does that make me "fake?"

There are many things I think, imagine, dream of, and even say and do, that do not get posted here. (Just like everyone else posting here.) But, can you really say that makes us "fake?"

At least IRL, she can see whether someone is REALLY a man, or REALLY a woman, or whether they're exactly as physically described online..
These days you can't be sure, even seeing them in real life. Well... for some people anyway. I suspect most on here at least identify with the gender they were born with.

In Canada now, supposedly it's against the law to refer to someone by anything other than the pronoun they want. I suspect soon we won't even have "Mr.", "Mrs." and "Miss" as options....

Why... oh WHY....

Are there so many fake people on here!?!?

It's like they bypass the beginning of this site and fake themselves to be "real" people and naturally I get stuck being a victim of circumstance.

Meaning, they message me.. (randomly) and say "hi, I'm so-and-so, nice to meet you..." and blah, blah, blah.. and I fall for it every time! And become "friends" with them.. then either that day...or a few days later or weeks later; they are fake!

What is it? I don't understand why this happens all the time now when it rarely did. It's frustrating and my pregnancy hormones can't take it half the time.

Anyways, don't mind the rant... I'm just curious as to what has been going on.
I don't understand why you keep falling for it.

Fool me once, shame on you --
Fool me twice, shame on me.

That and lying about who they are..

The people I'm referring too, are literally brand new... and msssage me out of nowhere and wanna talk, but they aren't who they say they are..

It's like wasting my time and effort to get to know a person.
It's me again.
Don't waste your time!!

I get messages like that almost every day.
I don't even answer them.

Maybe you're too nice??

Will the acceptable term just be, "it"?

You got me to wondering what a typical male is.
I live in the mountains so I'm not sure.
Could you, like, post an image??

So let me get this straight.

From now on, we're supposed to call you, "Lady Melvin", right?
