I need advice someone I know needs help they need a car to get to work husband is disabled and going to school and a relibale car will really help then i want to raise some money to help them but dont konw where to start anyone have any advise or ideas

Maybe you could try getting some others involved.. Have a bake sale, Plan a concert of some sort, Maybe get some local singers to help by singing and just ask for a donation at the door.Or a talent show. Yard sales, What they do around here at times is ask local gas stations and stores if you can put up a bottle with a note explaing what the money is for and let people put donations in the bottle.. Those are a few that I know of.. Maybe someone else can come up with some other ideas

Try asking members of the church if they have an extra car to loan while they save up to buy one or make a down payment on a car loan.

If your Pastor's up for it, ask if he'll do an offering for them during the service. That way the congregation will know of their need.
