Is destiny a choice or not?

for me destiny is not a choice, it is a predetermined event/s in an individual's life , if it is predetermined then there's no choice and we do not even have a capability to change it.

Before anything existed God already knew us, we were predestined/ predetermined.


i made this thread because a friend of mine posted this on fb and a friend of him commented that is it a choice. But inside my head i know it is not a choice - and this is my thought

can you share your thought about it?
