Makes the ball easier to throw and catch and to hold on to...basically makes it easier to grip... :)
I really like NE,I sure hope they didn't' do that.
I think it's going to be a super game this year.

Its done quiet often by teams...its not considered a great transgression against the rules....generally ...maybe like wearing spikes that are a little longer or shorter to gain a small advantage...but if you get caught it can cost you :)

I find it hard to believe that the refs wouldn't have noticed that each ball was deflated...

> Sore losers are sore from the beatdown.

The officials have been paid off many of times in the NFL, it just gets no recognition because it is a set up by the bookies. Why else do you think with all the bad calls, phantom calls, and even clear instant replay not over turning calls made on the field happening. And the NFL makes no attempt to fine, suspend, or fire officials for constant mishaps ???

Don't worry even if they did do it, they will probably get just a slap on the hand.
Back in the 97 there was a playoff game between Denver and Kansas City. The Denver Broncos got caught during game play with illegal substance on their jersey's that caused Chiefs defenders to not get a good push, and just slide off of them and go face first to the ground. The officials interrupted the game just to make the players go over to the sidelines and use a dry towel to wipe off the substance.
Instead of ejecting those players for cheating, or forfeiting the game. They had them take dry towels and wipe a slick vaseline like substance off. Now if anybody knows anything about jersey's and vaseline, a dry towel would not work. As shown by the players still falling to the ground, and appealing to the officials who did nothing.

Thats why i don't even see why NE would do such a thing ,they beat that team bad i think they will win the super bowl this year.

In that game with Denver and Kansas was it the coach telling the players to cheat or were the players doing this without the coaches knowledge.Seems like the coach would have known.

it will be interesting to see how n.e. does after all the " deflate gate" . I do not see how they can't be distracted and tight.

oh. ok. just kind of zone out of media super bowl coverage. I think the national championship college game should get just as much coverage, but that is another subject.

Man I just enjoy the College game so much more...always been a big fan of our home team here U of Tn. But today is the big game in the NFL...I guess we can let them have some of the spotlight? :)

anyone have any predictions? The Seahawks QB kinda touched my heart in their last win as all he could do was think the Lord and "cry"....hehe So a part of me whats to see him win. But ole Tom Brady has been so good for so long, I think he deserves a place as the best or one of the very best ever and if he wins today, it would establish him as maybe the very best?

I think the Patriots will win. Green Bay could have won easily, and I don't think Belicheck will settle for field goals in the redzone. So I predict a decisive Pats win over the hawks unless there are excessive turnovers. Also the fan rage over their win would be pretty entertaining.

You know I would agree outright with you, but something about those Seahawks that cause them to just keep fighting? I think the Pats are better and should win, but the Seahawks have that fight in them that makes me think they are going to make it a real game.

The only REAL football is College Football.............the NFL is just a business.......nothing "sporting" about it.

NFL is fake, Pro Wrestling is real! I know it's fake because they spend so much time "practicing" before each game.......
