I am on some medication for mental problems. There are two different types, one that makes me feel better towards myself and others, but that gives me terrible side effects. And theres one that gives me a more relaxed feeling, but has fewer side effects. Which one would you choose for yourself. I really feel bad about this choice.

Sorry Mottec but this is a question for your medical professional. Even if I was a medical professional I wouldn't advise someone I have never met.

as far as side effects goes, its rapid heart beat up to an hour, pain in muscle and once severe chest pain for 30 minuttes. Its just difficult right now to stay on track with the plan because, Im afraid to get seriously ill from the drugs.

WOW, those are some severe side effects! PLEASE don't take that drug, my friend. Let's give a couple quick prayers a shot and see if we can let the Lord work it out, if that's okay with you. Could you tell me first if you believe in Jesus as your Savior :)?

Oh, awesome; He's such a wonderful Savior :)! Could we ask Him to fill you with the full, indwelling power of the Holy Spirit? Most people have found that it helps them tremendously :).

Heavenly Father, in your infinate wisdom answer this question for this young man. And I pray that you will help him with his mental illness. In the name of JESUS . Amen

Thank you, Blain :). Yes, most people have felt much better after asking the Lord to fill them with the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit! "I feel like a great burden has been lifted", "I can think more clearly now", "I feel more loved" and "Wow, that worked! I don't want to take drugs anymore!" are just a few of things people have told me after praying with them for the Holy Spirit's power to come into their lives (mentioned [among elsewhere] in Luke 11:13 and the first few chapters of the book of Acts, btw). I could expound more, if anyone would like me to do so; I've been amazed at everything I've seen happen :). -Jill

Perhaps you should see another doctor.
