Praise the Lord

Did you know that over 27,000 children die a day from extreme poverty? Where you aware they die from things like hunger (starvation), lack of sanitation, and disease? These are all things that can be easily prevented if only they weren't living in poverty. If only hands would reach out and continously give. These people live in slums and have shacks for houses if that. How can we sit here and be so miserable when if we truly look around we are extremley blessed?

We are blessed to have a home, to have food every day, to have a job, a car, clothes, water, and a bathroom. We are blessed to be able to go to a hospital that legally can't turn us away, to be able to go to the doctor to give us shots keeping us from serious disease, other countries aren't so blessed.

I praise the lord for everything I have. I thank him for my life. I am blessed to have my legs to run, my eyes to see, my ears to hear, my voice to sing and spread the gosple, my arms and hands to use to work and help. I mean all of the little things mean so much to me and i think people lose track of what matters and how blessed we truly are.

Praise the lord for what you have. Be thankful, grateful and appreciative because not everyone is so lucky.

Yes, i Know what you mean. There are plenty of issues with the healthcare system, but we do have it better than other countries. You get the point though of what I was saying Thanks for the like on this one. I am suprised i didn't recieve more comments, but hey it is a touchy subject I guess. lol.
