Give Me Strength, Lord
Lord, you are Holy above all others, and all of the strength that I need is in your hands.
I am not asking, Lord, that you take this trial away. Instead, I simply ask that Your will be done in my life. Whatever that means, that is what I want.
But I admit that it's hard, Lord.
Sometimes I feel like I can’t go on. The pain and the fear are too much for me, and I know that I don’t have the strength on my own to get through this.
I know that I can come to you, Jesus, and that you will hear my prayer. I know that it is not your intent to bring me to this point just to leave me in the wilderness alone.
Please, Lord, give me the strength that I need to face today. don't have to worry about tomorrow.
If you just give me the strength that I need today that is all I need.
Keep me from sinning during this trial. Instead, help me to keep my eyes on you. You are the Holy Lord, and all of my hope rests in you.
Thank you for hearing my prayer.

Lord, I ask that you continue to develop my character. I ask that you protect me from my enemies. Create in me a clean heart Lord, and renew a right spirit within me. Father, I ask that you heal my loved ones heart. i ask that you convict him of his ways in order for him to come to repentance. Show him your Glory. Help him to love himself and break every stronghold in his life. Develop his true character, Father. Restore our friendship, Lord. I ask that you work on me first. Remove anything in me that's not like you. Let me walk in love. Let people see you instead of me. Hide me in the cleft of your arms Lord. I know that you can do anything but fail. I trust you for your Word is true. You said that you will never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you Lord for your everlasting mercy. In Jesus' Name. Amen
Lord, the time has come, but the ground is frozen. Please send some warm days to Vermont so I can put my kitty to sleep and bury her. And please, Lord, PLEASE take her in her sleep, quietly and peacefully. She doesn't like going to the vet, and I don't want her to go, on a cold metal table. Please let her die here at home. In Jesus' name, amen.
Lord, please give me some clarification as to whom I'm going to be getting kittens from. Melissa doesn't answer my emails, and I desperately want a pair of kittens before my birthday. You're going to have to lead me to these kittens, Lord, because I don't where they are. Give Tequila a kiss for me and tell her mummy loves and misses her. Amen.
