It is so "interesting" that we are so quick to call someone an (X)tian. The only one who knows whether either of these 2 men are Christians is God. Now...please don't take the easy way out and say that my comment indicates that I think these 2 men are "right with God", because that is not the point of my response.

Slow down there buddy. Jesus hung out with the prostitutes and sinners. Are we not to invite sinners to church? All are welcome behind the walls of the church for their chance to repent and be saved. I'm not backing the pope as I know the catholic's views of salvation and homosexuality and the such, but just because a person invites a sinner to church doesn't mean that the church automatically accepts his or her's sins.
