These families have disturbingly been mislead and yet they claim they are the only ones going to heaven.
From BBC.
quite obviously these people have been poisoned in their brain.
Certainly not what I call Christians.

Yeah Westboro Baptist church is definitely a cult. It's a bizarre thing.

i will say this, they don't water down the Word in order to avoid offending the world.

not what you would call a "lukewarm" church, though their focus may be questioned.

Are you kidding? These people have warped scripture and formed a cult which is nothing to be praised. The damage they have caused by falsely using the name of Christ (the actual meaning of the third commandment) is inexcusable.

Wow that video was over the top. I've never seen Americans celebrating the deaths of our soldiers.

Oh my gosh. I watched enough of the video to know I don't want
to watch 50 some minutes. That is demonic hatred in disguise. To
see the children being brought up in this environment is so sad.
What this group in my opinion, making them ripe for when martial
law is enforced. I do not believe Christians need to show hatred
this way. This must make God so sad to watch what is done in His
Name.

They understand God's Law but not God's grace. I think that's still a huge problem.

They do not understand God's law, nor His grace. The Westboro Baptists do not know the Lord at all. They are a synagogue of Satan, who have allowed the idea of hate to be indistinguishable from worship.

I watched the whole video. The man doing the interview does not believe in the word or God:confused:

I think topics like this are very hard to express...

I am not against that church... In fact I think majority of american Christianity could learn a lot from them...

On one hand you can criticize them and say they are doing this and that wrong, which ends up boosting the audiences confidence and makes them feel more holy and righteous... Or you can skip that dilemma and do nothing, which allows them to feel more holy and righteous....

This sermon I just watched touches on that topic very well...

When in Rome?

But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. For it is written,

“As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall give praise to God.”

So then each one of us will give an account of himself to God.

The interviewer obviously doesn't believe in God but I think that's not as bad as being the people from the Westboro Baptist church in one way. The one way is that people will see this and have even more reason to hate Christians because they will think these people are christian and will be put off hugely even from one what chance they had of hopefully becoming a christian and this man isn't doing that well actually maybe he's worse because he's broadcasting it...

Wow how people twist the Scriptures to make their hatred ok. They left out all the love and correct with gentleness. This is not of God, so sad how the devil works. Their not going to save any souls that way. We are to follow Christ and He never attacked anyone in that way. We are all sinners, dont judge someone because they sin differently then you. We are to love and lead them to Christ and let God work on their hearts, not tear them down and make them run further away from God. Lets all pray for these people :( breaks my heart
