I've always had trouble falling asleep at night (unless I was riding in the car with someone). However, since I have recommitted my life to Christ and have been praying every night, I have fallen asleep instantly. I read my Bible, pray, and I am nearly certain as soon as I finish that prayer, I'm out like a light! No more nights of tossing and turning, trying to coem up with a bedtime story in my head. Just nice, comforting sleep.

That's great. Jesus gives perfect peace to those who put their trust in Him.:)

Aye, reading is suppose to help lull you to sleep. I think it has something to do with the eye movements and the relaxation of it (that might vary depending on the text).

Sounds like - if nothing else, though - the Holy Spirit is granting you some good nights sleep. :D
