So during this trip both Blain and I have realized that he woudn't really thrive here if we ever got married. I wonder if that's the reason why God hasn't lead me to another job yet...because it needs to be over there...

So, found another great museum job I'm hoping God lets me be in!! It's working at the Musical Instrument Museum in Scottsdale. I went with my sister and her fiance, and the place was HUGE. I thought it was a quick generalized, "Oh this will take an hour to see everything," no way. It was like a 3 level place with 10-15 for every single country. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

I never knew there were so many kinds of bagpipes.

Anyway, they had a full time opening for a volunteer assistant. Basically I would help facilitate them, give them uniforms, information, ect. needed for the job. And I know it would have great benefits and, the best part of the entire thing, I would learn lots of stuff!!! That's one of the big reasons I love butterfly wonderland so much, I learn so many things!

So I've decided to make a main thread for all my stupid jobs things that keep happening. It seems like every time I'm looking for a new job, a new thread or several threads follow, which inevitably get abandoned until the next job.

So I'm just gonna put this here . XD
Wow.. Um I think u need encouragement

ITs mostly that I get very excited for a new job or job opportunity that I ask for prayer or guidence. That being said it's not that I quit jobs after a few weeks and make a thread about it, not at all. It's more that I'm trying to let all my comments and prayer requests about work be in a single thread that way it sort of saves space.

Instead of Christmas bells I hear wedding bells :)

God will guide you and Blain sis. Trust Him. My wife prayed for a long time for her current position.... and God was not late :)

Where I want to work the most is SRP. Both my parents work there. The pay is wonderful, the benifits are awesome, it's just super competitive to get in doing something super basic...

Ok so I just applied for a little place in Tempe Arizona, close to where my parents work. IT's a little shop called DesignAShirt. I know it sounds silly but it's actually cute. They have designs where you can either have an artist make them on shirts and merch for you, or you do it yourself and the artist transposes it on there.

It's sort of a hole in the wall as far as the place it's located, but I looked at the reviews on the buisiness and the customer service and it's been oddly good! My interview for it is tomorrow.

Also a little prayer for my current job would be nice. I been sick and my bosses are sort of raising their eyebrows at the times I've had to call out...

Nope.

I only ever used sick days for sick days. I do have IBS though so that often means lots of stomach issues, diarrhea, ect. The problem was I was in a job area where I had to be at my post like 100% of the time, so if I had needed to use the restroom constantly it would've affected my work and maybe I would have had....accidents. So I took sick days. Too many apparently.

Of course as I'm writing this I'm sure I'm justifying it far too much. *sigh*

Pardon the corny joke...

Younger guys??? You're 44 and I'm 45. We are the younger guys. The others on here are just advanced toddlers.
