I Say Yes To Men in Kitchens......no address changes allowed at the DMV without a birth certificate. Name changes need at least for me 1. A birth certificate (they can't see I am alive and sitting right in front of them) 2. Marriage certificate proving I am a Roy (They can't read Roy on my current drivers license) 3. Marriage certificate of current new married name (why would they believe that they didn't believe 1. & 2.)......any questions about getting an address change or a name change at the DMV? Oh I forgot they told me to change my name at the social security office first....then come back to the DMV...What does the social security office have to do with me driving a car?
