The simplest solution is to have a mine field along the border outside the wall...that way if anyone decides to cross there is a risk of being blown up.....fear will decrease illegal immigration numbers....also to combat the tunnelling...use ground penetrating radar technology and robot drones to take out people in their tunnels.....
