no because it actually is a good tool to get closer to God, they have Bible Gateway an internet Bible that you can listen to while doing other things , i love going on you tube to hear different Christian music and have even found songs that i heard and loved but couldn't find also songs i used to love and there they are on you tube, i also find wonderful sermons on the internet ,,free bibles and the list goes on plus without the internet i would not have found CC a place i enjoy and i wouldn't see your great questions shirley.

Yes, it interferes with my life because I spend too much time on it. I am elderly, lost vitality, and when I want to sit it is easiest to sit with the net.

It is a blessing to my life because it gives many opinions and knowledgeable answers to any bible question. Sometimes some of what they say opens my understanding. The website “torahclass” gives a commentary on the OT by a man who spent eight years studying in the Far East. His knowledge of the culture and times of the OT is fabulous. Just that one website has opened up understanding of our God that is life changing. There are many bible classes to take, although most ask for tuition.

Without internet, I would not have my teaching job, and only half the ministry I have. So, no, I don'think it interferes, I think it helps make my life. It's just a question of drawing the same boundaries I have always drawn before Internet between job, ministry, time alone with God, etc.

No it does not interfere at all!

It is a useful for me as I can get in touch through email with my family& some friends who live a long way away.
There's lots of great information to help me in bible study or any other general information that I may need.
