I know its easier said than done, but I think that by acknowledging some of the things we say in conversation. Could make a beautiful change.
Example - If you were to call something crap, such as a piece of equipment that somebody else has
remember... they may of put in hours of work to afford it ...
- It could really offend somebody. One person may have the technical knowledge that the device is not as technically advanced as the other. The person on the receiving end hears you calling what they have crap. Would it not be more polite, loving and caring to ask what they enjoy about it and be glad they are able to use it? and share in there enjoyment of the device.
This is an example. Sometimes its the smallest things in life that can make the biggest impact on your own and other peoples lives.
