Maybe but that doesn't make a persons perspective right. For example, bill Clinton seduced a teenager inside the White House yet he is beloved like he is some pillar of leadership. The left has an uncanny ability to look the other way concerning the moral failings of their leaders...as long as they are progressing the leftard ideology.
Exactly. People could take that video of Bush and Merkel, group it with a few other pictures, and portray Bush as this creepy guy who doesn't know boundaries. People can do the same with Biden. Are their perspectives right? Only God knows the heart.

But what causes one person to view the grouping of Bush photos as an affectionate but misunderstood guy, and the same person to view the group of Biden clips as a 100% creep? Both show each respective person being affectionate, both show those on the receiving end being less than receptive.

I think Bush and Biden are just touchy feely guys, and some of their objects of affection simply are not. That doesn't make Bush or Biden creeps. But those who want to see one of them in a certain light can use these events as fodder to frame said person in a certain light.

I was looking at the reaction of the people being touched. It could have been a guy in a Bigfoot costume and I still would have seen their skin crawling.

My point is, based on one's view of a person, it can cause us to take the worst of the worst, group them, then create a caricature of the person which fits how we want to view them.

People could do the exact same thing with the photos above of Bush, as has been done to Biden.

Maybe both are just affectionate guys who happened to be affectionate to folks who are not as affectionate.

I honestly think that's the root off the problem in Washington. Lots of pictures we don't see unless someone isn't toeing the line. If they aren't doing what they're supposed too, we suddenly know about them playing footsie in an airport bathroom stall.

I have come to the conclusion that I should never be popular, famous or a leading political figure. If, God forbid, I ever wound up in any of those statuses, everything I did would be taken in the worst possible light.

And these days it's really easy to do too. Just take a simple video of a person, select one frame of the video that, taken out of context, could imply something, and make your case based on the frame. C'est tres facile, n'est pas?

Exactly what still waters did with bush vs an entire video of Biden being his creepy self. I hate to imagine what that hair plugged fool does behind closed doors.

When I tell people this they usually go...Ya right, but a close relative of mine has driven truck for the White House since the Clinton years and are still driving today. Him and my aunt LOVED the bushes and that is all I will say.
I love bushes too.....in my yard.....
