Well finally Florida finished their vote count yesterday but Arizona is still short by 500,000 votes. This seemingly will not affect the Romney victory there but there are congressional and senatorial races which are still to be decided with far less than 500,000 votes separating the candidates.
The number of polling places was actually reduced since 2010 and there is no voting outside of election day. There was also a late surge in voter registrations and many provisional ballots (115,000 of them.) Clearly the voter suppression in Arizona was against the Hispanic voters not so much the blacks there.
Republican Senator Kyl's seat is still being contested, democratic candidate Carmona did offer a concession until it was apparent that the vote count was far from over so the senate could have an additional democratic member making 54.
