.........did you know there are false Jewish people but many claiming to be Jews are not Jews at all and are challenging Christians under false pretenses. I'm looking for feedback on this interesting challenge and wonder if anyone can give me credible resources for identifying a true Jew from a false. REV.3:9

  1. Revelation 2:9
I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Revelation 2:8-10 (in Context) Revelation 2 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations
  2. Revelation 3:9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
Revelation 3:8-10 (in Context) Revelation 3 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

2 Peter 2:1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

So it up to each individual to read scripture trusting the Living God to reveal truth to each. for it is not the word that sets one free rather the truth of the word and only the invisible God can reveal this. The ones that have been shown can only water or plant as what the Bible does in and of itself, but it is God that reveals the truth of it all
1 Corinthians 3:7So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.

So lets have no one else before us except the risen Christ and God Christ's Father. Taking all that is said by others and what we read and run it all by the hidden man of our heart where we actually serve God in the Spirit of God
Romans 7:25I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.
Romans 8:3
The Law could not make me free from the power of sin and death. It was weak because it had to work with weak human beings. But God sent His own Son. He came to earth in a body of flesh which could be tempted to sin as we in our bodies can be. He gave Himself to take away sin. By doing that, He took away the power sin had over us.

Let us not start again the falsehoods of anti-semitism and of the Christian Identity movement. Anti-semitism is to spit in the face of our Jewish Saviour. This is heresy and beyond, it is hate. Let not the Church become the synagogue of Satan by serving these false beliefs and theories.

The thing is, the false ones believe they are true ones. They are faithfully adhering to False Doctrines. No one is trying to serve Satan. Satan gathers followers through the deliberate spread of False Doctrines. The Bible tells us how to tell True Doctrines from False Doctrines. By the Fruit, the Tree shall be known. True Doctrines center around what it is that God wants from us. True Christian Doctrines center around feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, treating the sick, comforting the imprisoned. False Christian Doctrines center around displays of wealth and political power. True Jewish Doctrines center around protecting women and children. False Jewish Doctrines center around displays of wealth and political power. I don't understand Islam sufficiently to comment thereon. I guess that it's about as close to Judaism, as Mormonism is to Christianity. Jesus did not distinguish between Christianity and Judaism when He spoke of True Jews and False Jews, instead He referred even to converted Samaritans as Jews, and Daniel lived before Jesus Christ's lifetime and considered thew prophesied Messiah , and therefore any future followers thereof, to be Jews. So when they spoke of true Jews, they were speaking of True Christians too, and when they were speaking of False Jews, they were speaking of False Christians too. It's possible that Muslims are the False Jews Daniel was talking about, but it's also possible that they are not. There are Muslims whose Doctrines center around displays of wealth and political power. There are also Muslims whose Doctrines center around feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, treating the sick, comforting the imprisoned, and Muslims whose Doctrines center around protecting women and children. So, by their fruit it is known, that there are True Muslims and False Muslims too.

In bible times, didn't they have to be able to verify their descent was from Israel, by proving from the temple genealogical records? Anyone whose genealogy could not be verified by temple records could not rightfully claim descent from Israel. Why should it be any different today?

(Incidentally, why does descent from Israel even matter? It is Christ who saves, not descent from Jacob.)

I think one of the biggest issues with the Jewish people is they are seen as; a religious group, an ethnicity and a culture. Many people fit in 2 of the 3, and some even just one but will still be considered Jewish. It isn't necessarily because they want to trick people but they know that this is how the language works nowadays, and they don't want to specify all the details about themselves every time someone asks if they are Jewish.

2000 years of exile would make it verrry difficult...but God knows, His plan for them won't be thwarted.
