Does it appear I am sharing dreams for recognition ? I don't mean
for that to be. I thought it was proving God is speaking through us
by giving us dreams. I am sorry if that came across that way.

Thanks for shining the light on that possibility ~ J~K~ 2

Who told you that, sister?

Someone may think that. I don´t see you showy, by the way.

HAve you seen that part in the Bible? There were real prophets and MANY were seeing "visions" that were not.

If something happened GOD make it happened.

It is good to share or write down the dream or nightmares as you
said your sister reminded you.
I happy I don´t dream too much... I wouldn´t like to be like JOSEPH nor his brothers. Just imagine what would happen if you were telling those dreams he had...

"Are you crazy, little girl? Who do you think you are?"

No! I´d better ask those which serve me, those which serve others. The good new is many will be told and warned to tell, as JOEL wrote, in his prophecies...

Appreciate your thought Stephen. I don't agree with you. I believe the
Lord has given me dreams that were prophetic in past and the ones I
struggled to understand, if they stayed with me, I would get my answer
from HIM. Our Lord. We all have our relationship with Jesus, however,
we are not in same mold. You don't feel He will reveal to you what your
dream is, and I have been around long enough to know not to go by
dream books, or ask someone to interpret, but I do believe my Lord
does show me, as I stated.
Thanks for sharing what you believe. ~ J~K~2
You may have me misunderstood. My suggestion wasn't across-the-board with everyone here, but to those who were quick to speak with ideas for interpretation.

It's been my experience in the past that when I hear christians speak quickly off the top of their heads on any issue that there's very little of the fear of the Lord in them. They don't consider that they say such things as an ambassador/representative of Christ & that they speak before the Lord when they speak to His church.

James 1:19 (KJV) [SUP]19 [/SUP]Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Ecclesiastes 5:1-3 (KJV) [SUP]1 [/SUP]Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil. [SUP]2 [/SUP]Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. [SUP]3 [/SUP]For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.

That's my account!

I believe this was directed at me for agreeing with what another poster said.

Stephen, I am a God fearing woman who loves the Lord with all my heart. I apologize if my words led you to the impression that I did not take my walk with Christ seriously.

God Bless.

2 Corinthians 5:20 (KJV) [SUP]20 [/SUP]Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Bible knowledge Commentary 5:20. Few verses more precisely summarize Paul’s ministry and message (cf. Acts 26:16-18). As Christ had preached peace to all men (Eph. 2:17) on the basis of what He would accomplish (Eph. 2:16), Paul continued that proclamation in His stead. The immediate representative of God’s message of reconciliation was Paul, whose ministry is shared by all who are “in Christ” (2 Cor. 5:17, 19). All believers should serve Christ as His ambassadors. Paul’s appeal was not a perfunctory pronouncement but an impassioned plea (“we try to persuade men” [v. 11]) addressed to the world on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God (cf. 1 Tim. 2:3-4).

Well my friends, now that the air has cleared, we know it
is a good place to share dreams. I get nervous about my
political dreams and sharing them in public.
No problem with the personal, but I should share only my
'general' dreams that do not involve me to the extent I have
written.
I appreciate secularhermit and the encouragement he and
Toska gives. Thank you and we will see what God shows
us and share it here ~ J~ K~2

Very well said, J-K-2. I am also glad the air has been cleared and agree about only sharing what you feel comfortable with. I have very much enjoyed this thread, I love chatting with you and secularhermit both.

It is kind of ironic, I had a dream last night that I actually remembered. It was so vivid. I was walking in a beautiful countryside, enjoying the gorgeous view when I was suddenly hit very hard from the back and knocked over. I was not scared at all, though, because I somehow knew what had hit me. It was my dog, Bosco, that we had to put to sleep almost 6 years ago. He jumped on me and started licking all over my face, like he was so happy to see me:) It was a sweet dream, I still miss him so much. I know most people will not understand the joy of this kind of dream--only another dog lover would understand. I don't even want to try and interpret this dream, I just want to enjoy the happiness it brought to me.

The main point is, it left you feeling good.
Speaking of which, I think that was a happy dream.
I believe you are happy with where you are and you
have friends who care. Okay, but we won't lick
your face. But we will play and walk together in
a beautiful meadow. A slight warm comfortable
breeze causing the flowers to sway as if they were
hearing music from Heaven.

I think the most fascinating scripture is,
"If we don't praise HIM, the rocks and stones
will cry out. " What wonderful day it will be
when we get to see our King, our Lord Jesus.
Let's get ready and all begin to sing ~
~ All Hail King Jesus ~ All Hail Emmanuel.~
~ King of Kings ~ Bright morning Star ~

Oh yes, that dream left me feeling so happy. I know I am in a good place and happy in my life. I have made some very dear friends here on cc (don't worry, I don't expect you to lick my face) and would love to take that walk in the meadow with you and secularhermit.

I agree that it will be the most glorious day when we finally get to see Jesus. Nothing could make me happier than actually being in His presence. Just the thought of it gives me chills......the good kind, of course:)

Good evening Toska and SecularHermit ~
Just think we can be free in the spirit and be as children
playing together or perhaps the Lord will give us something
to do for Him.
No one can really know what it is like in Heaven for certain,
but I believe we will be Praising for sure. And we read of the
Mansions.... Mansions...Hmmm, I just remembered a dream
I had that involved a mansion before my daughter died.
Okay, going to write that out. Glad to see you again ~ J~K~2

I dreamed my daughter and I were cleaning an old Victorian
type mansion. We had just finished the bottom portion and
I remember the wood was beautiful. Everything was spotless.
Next, we were to go upstairs and I remember looking up at
the steps, my eye looking at the upper landing, and I felt
fear. More like, I knew we needed to go up but if we did it
was going to be evil.
I have wondered what that dream meant. But when I wrote
the word mansion in the last post, that flashed before my eyes.

One would think the upper portion would be most important,
almost like it should have been the main part that we would
want to go. I woke up before we ever went up. And of
course she did die. I think the good feeling of being with
her and I cleaning the downstairs of the mansion represents
our getting all our differences out of the way. So things
were clean between us before she left. [ The upper portion? ]
Hmmm,

Oh goodness! Can you imagine being asked by The Lord to do something, anything for Him? I do not feel worthy of such an amazing gift....being asked by The Lord to do his bidding. To actually hear His voice!! There is so much beauty in that thought that I cannot stop smiling.

Hmmm,
That is a beautiful dream. I love that you realized the two of you cleaning the lower portion represented getting things clean between the two of you before she moved on. I hope that realization has brought you some peace.

Thank you for sharing something so personal. I am happy that the mention of the mansion helped you see the meaning in that dream. I know this had been a hard time for you, I hope this has helped you.

God Bless.

The most awesome part to me ... we get to see Jesus. Kneel at His feet.
I can hear the angels singing and feel the beauty of our surrounding. We
won't have to breath. It will be just spiritual experience we still can't
phantom. I am just looking for that day and I believe we aren't many
years away. When we lose a loved one and they know Jesus, just think
the joy of their reunion with loved ones.
I remember I wrote a Story about my daughter in Heaven. It has to do
with her son. But as I told my mother, the most important and first I
want to see, is my Lord Jesus ... Yes... walking in His presence. Just
think of the most awesome spiritual moment you have experienced here
on earth and magnify it by 1000 x's....... Oh what a glorious Savior. ~ Amen

I understood it from the very beginning, sir. That is and was my point. I am not an ambassador neither a representative (unless I have to represent any secularhermits) And GOD hadn´t called me to do that, except to give that account before the Lord Jesus.

I believe HE could use dreams, circumstances and people but, as you already said, I do believe HE COULD SPEAK DIRECTLY or use HIS Spirit to direct people, even non-converted. He is mercyful.

When I was on my way to Ccs, today, I shared with one young Christian lady the experience I have with my ex-wife... We were praying for provision, we were jobless taht time and, not too long ago after having started to pray (it was my ex-wife´s idea) someone knocked at the door. Someone I didn´t know came asking for her. I invited that lady to wait in our little living room, as long my wife finished her praying time. When I realized she was ending, I entered our room and informed her some of her friends came to visit and I went to pray, leaving them alone... Before I were done knelt in the prayer I had with my ex, she called me to greet and know her friend formaly... then I knew that the two pair bags she brought in, were a present she brought our home. We haven´t finish those things we thought we needed when GOD was sending one of HIS messengers to give those who were jobless.

So He uses circumstances, dreams, people and anything He thinks us to let us know HE IS JUST THERE. Even to be heard with DEEDS and those words some said have heard.

We should be careful in giving our ideas, lest someone believes it as fact, & we inadvertantly become a false prophet in the process.
Hmm! If a dream is a "prophecy", GOD would warn many people to confirm HE is speaking. Dreams are quite subjective and, sometimes, these are somewhat acertive. If any boast on being a "prophet", he/ she is not honoring the ONE who is giving him/ her such an ability or gift to inform HIS people, HIS chosen ones.
So, that "responsibility" is shared by the giver and the receiver. GOD is quite open to confirm and direct HIS people to any true He might like to disclose.

Thanks!

Bosco was TOSCO (Rude)... Ja! Ja!

There are several friends I know would like to be licked. This is one I like, because he is sweet and clean, but I´d never allow him to sit in my bed (this is one of my friend apartment).
