I was just wondering what all your pet peeves are. I have way too many to count. I find it an interesting topic. I'm sure everyone has something to share! What's yours?
When people use the phrase "pet peeve".

When I'm at work and people:
-Give you the evil eye for no reason
-When people act like they are too good for their job.
- Sign off with their report and can't give it without complaining about somebody
-People that try to keep excessive tabs on me.

Probably shouldn't post on something that hasn't got responses within a few months... But here it goes.

One thing I ABSOLUTELY cannot stand for the life of me are people who think they're better than others, judge and talk smack about those people and yet act like complete trash themselves. No, I'm not talking about the occasional 'this one did this' or 'she said that' type of thing. It's when the person judges others whether if it's because of their background, race, lifestyle, their income, ANYTHING.

They have the nerve to go and talk smack about people in that way but when you see how they are behind all of the glamorous things that they likely inherited to begin with, they do the things that they claim other people are trash for. I'd say within certain groups that do this type of thing but I know it's asking for trouble, but one thing for certain is that I absolutely CAN. NOT. STAND. THEM. Who can, really. But I've seen this all too often and all too well. If I honestly could I'd smash their faces in...

-sighs- Now that I somewhat got that off my chest...

I don't like Facebook or Twitter, but occasionally, I come up with something that I'd like to share with others. Tonight I searched high and low for a safe public forum and decided to register here......Anyway, my pet peeve is people that donate broken things to Goodwill. Goodwill doesn't test or fix what they're given, they price it put it out on the floor. Tonight I bought a coffee maker that doesn't work. Tomorrow, it will be returned, but what a waste of time. Please folks, just throw that stuff in the garbage. It will eventually end up there anyway. All you're donating is some grief for someone else!

Why is it that when a parking lot is almost empty, someone has to park their car right next to mine, so when I open the door, I have to be careful not to scratch his car?

sneaky coworkers, gossip starters at work, people that gripe and complain about how they don't like what's going on at work that will curse out and stab each other in the back but won't speak up in a meeting, when someone steals your good nice writing ink pens

When people say 'to be honest' before they say something.

Were they not honest before this?

How can I trust what they say now if they weren't honest before?

Call-centre operators
Help desks with people that have trouble speaking English/an extremely thick accent
Door-to-door salespeople (including Jehovah's Witnesses)
THIIIIIISSS!! ^^^^

Especially the second one. I have such a hard time listening to people with thick foreign accents. I'm not hatin', just......I wish I could understand these accents! I feel like a jerk when I don't get what they say, and I don't wanna yell out "HEY. Hey. I DON'T UNDERSTAND you." or something like that. I feel so bad!

i have too many to list them all but here are a few hahmmm

when a smoker comes and stand or sit right beside me
when someone is on their cell phone and you can here their loud conversation (especially on the bus)
male or females walking around with their ashy , stretched mark butt cracks showing
when someone pant is purposely hanging showing old, tattered, faded underwear
when my coworker constantly refers to other people as tacky
wet bread

oh this has to be one that a really really get under my skin
uninvited company / unannounced , just stop over because your in the neighborhood

ALL OF THIS. My mother hates this, too. IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO JUST CALL BEFORE YOU COME TO A PERSON'S HOME!! Save their number on SPEED DIAL, if you want! And give us at least 15-30 minutes to prepare. It's even worse when they walk right in without knocking! Like they OWN the place!
