Mit, What does your icon represent? Like you, I paid no attention to those past "end time scares" either. I am familiar with the Bible so I don't expect things to happen in such an order/sequence. However, there is something of interest coming up, but it's not an end of the world thing. I am just curious as to what might occur in March & April of this year & I believe next year too, when we have several lunar eclipses on our holidays which coincide with Jewish holidays. This is supposedly the 1st time that our calendar & their's has made our holidays on the same day, & a lunar eclipse/Sabbath/Easter. Maybe this has happened in the past & this may not be true either. But it bears watching. This may mean something as well to the Jews who celebrate this time too. There are videos on it.

The Bible teaches the end of the age. I was one of the ones who thought that the end of the age was December 21st... Made a lot of sense, not sure if it was or not, but pretty sure we would know, I would think... perhaps not. That was the official "end of the age" It was created by the ancient mayans or whoever... They say their God, Itzamna, the "Sun God" came down from heaven and dwelled among them and taught them the orbits, solar systems, etc. and helped them with farming, agriculture, and the calender system ( Sounds a lot like our God Yahweh, in my opinion).
...but December 21st came and went without anything happening, as far as we know, so I guess that was wrong
Would we really know if it came, as the average Christian...??? Maybe, maybe not. A new heavens and a new earth... new heavens means new spiritual laws, authorities, and all authority on earth being returned to the heavens... Well, don't have any, not sure who has anoiting and authority, pretty sure there are still some not willing to give up their "spiritual gifts", as for a new earth... no idea what that could mean.

Question: Does anyone believe that God will show up, lift us all up in the sky, destroy and rebuild much of the earth and put us back in the stone age? Or do you think he might have compassion on us the living and leave us in an age where we actually know what we are doing... i.e. the technology age? What would you do if you were God, and all of us were His people... and were not that fond of digging in the dirt

I've never heard that He would EVER leave us, nor have I ever heard anything about the stone age. Heaven is described in the Bible, so is the millenium. We arn't going to be time travellers. If you were familiar with end time Scripture 99caravan, you wouldn't have thought 12/21/12 was the end of the world. That is of course, if you BELIEVE the Bible.

All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for instruction and teaching in the disciples and attributes of God, but the Bible is a Canon of selected scripts and texts. Some were left out. The Catholic Bible has at jeast 5 or 6 more books in the old testament, which are not in the Christian bible per se.

To my interpretation, 12/21/12 was not even a consideration to me because of many prophecies yet unfuflilled, PER SCRIPTURE: war of Eze.38, & 7 yrs to bury the dead,one world leader & currency,armageddon, antichrist,false prophet, statue of such speaking, mark of beast forced & not being able to buy or sell without it, sun darkened, etc, etc,etc,etc.
