And my favorite word is "ethereal"
It means like light, airy, delicate, and heavenly. Its a really pleasant word that I really like.
It also has like..... kind of a good memory tied to it. I actually first learned the word in a video game : p Its a like LOTR style fantasy rpg game, theres an item in the game called the "Ethereal ring". But the place you find it is a special place in the game, its a tower in the middle of a bog, and the music and art style in the game were like really cool and junk, I always really liked it. So I kinda tie the word to that place in that video game, and it gives me that really magical and far out impression when I think about it. Its kinda weird and hard to explain, but its a really cool word : p

I love this Japanese word, too even though I never use it except in my mind & spirit. 
I rather like Backpfeifengesicht. (We don't have an equivalent for it in English. Loosely translated, it means "a face begging to be introduced to a fist.")
And pochemuchka. (A Russian word for a person who asks too many question.)
