Christmas, even though I am fairly certain Jesus was born either in April or September. I love the foods, cookies, baking smells, crunchy snow on the ground and jovial people. My father was a European baker and he really out did himself in the house at that time of year! (one of the few happy childhood memories, food!) But, equally, there are those whom are not in joy and it is a wonderful season to address their spiritual issues as well. People are more willing to talk around the Christmas event.
