Because of this whole stink over the comments made by that Phil guy from Duck Dynasty in an Article published in GQ, where he ACTUALLY had the GALL to speak the Word of God concerning what he believed constituted a sin according to Scripture.

It isn't a specific verse that sustains me, it is the life I live in God's kingdom and all that means. It contains many things, such as Thank You, Lord, forgive my sins, I know You want shalom for me, I worship you, etc. These things are like background noise that is always there.
But there are two verses that I repeat. One is a reminder to discipline my mind, and the other is giving of the Lord to my enemies.
(Php 4:8) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Num 6:24-26 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: (25) The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: (26) The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
