This is why I would never be elected President.
Nationally:
-- Cancel all the laws The Supreme Court created. (All of them, not just the ones I don't like.)
-- Bring back law and order. Bring up the national guards, if the local government won't stop protesters from rioting in the streets.
-- Make special elections for those moron places where mayors think they have a right to dictate law. (Someone stopped the San Francisco cops from doing their jobs in that riot on Berkley. Fire that idiot. And fire the idiot cop who went along with not enforcing the real laws.)
-- Ban driver's licences, voting rights, healthcare, (with the exception of true emergencies), Welfare, school, and other programs for illegal aliens. They can apply for citizenship the same way everyone else has.
-- Have cops work with Immigration, instead of skipping the telling that they just found an illegal alien while working a case. Matter of fact, hand deliver the illegal. And use the space we had for bigger schools from the Baby Boomer generation to house the illegals until they're sent home.
-- Fine businesses or people who use cheap illegal aliens for workers. The fine? One year, fulltime salaries with benefits for that worker. The money goes for the expensive of sending the illegal home.
-- Take all a person's money from them, if that person is using illegals for illegal activities. (Slavery, prostitution, selling drugs, etc.)
-- Put children sold into the sex trade or drug trade into the adoption system in America, and have them be adopted at reasonable cost. (Last I heard, it cost $100,000 to adopt a child in the US. I want to open it up to middle class families too.) The cost of counseling that will be needed to help those kids after that trauma comes from the creep who bought the child.
-- Give incentives to businesses who train workers, instead of importing workers.
-- Have the Department of Commerce barter business agreements to bring back jobs to the US.
-- Set limits on lawsuits.
-- Have COL wages for SS recipients equal the COL of Congress.
-- Line-by-line vetoes. One bill at a time. (No negotiating an atomic clock for one state by getting a bridge to nowhere in another state.)
-- Term limits.
-- No more "fact finding missions" to Las Vegas, Paris, London, Sydney, etc. If you're going to find facts, get an office worker to go. Politicians cannot.
-- Spend the budget like a normal family would, including saving 10% for a rainy day.
-- The federal government is not in the education business.
-- No more bribing to get more money. (Promising money just so a state observes daylight savings time is just plain stupid.)
-- Have the government run through logical choices, not regulations. (Stupid to decide a puddle is wetlands. Stupid to not have enough ThickenIt to let patients drink enough, so giving them IV's instead. Really stupid to send prescriptions to the homes of veteran patients when they're upstairs in the same hospital.)
-- Congress must make their own laws work. (BRAC? Cowards!)
-- Make parole and probation illegal. (Don't want to do the time, don't do the crime.)
-- And then? Cancel Executive Orders.
Internationally:
-- Cancel Nixon's law that says we cannot assassinate foreign leaders.
-- Bring back all our spies and ambassadors under the radar.
-- Once they're safely back, I'd notify the UN that the US is a landlord and they're the tenants, so either buy the building and pay for the police force or get out in half a year. Followed by canceling "diplomatic immunity."
-- Then I would renegotiate diplomatic immunity and the ambassadors we hold from foreign countries to something more realistic. (Like, well, you know. You're fine to arrest our people living there for breaking your law as long as we're fine arresting any of your people from breaking our laws.) And, if they're not fine with that, then there is no diplomacy. And if their laws are ridiculous, (like, say, you can't be a woman without a burka, you have to be of their religion, etc.), then no diplomacy.
-- Notify the world that we will support military coups for dictators.
-- If they don't catch the hint, assassinate the dictator.

If I was president, I would:
1) Deport all liberals to Europe because they have everything they believe in over there and they're proud of it...
2) Create standardized evaluation tests to determine minimum wage level for each person working a minimum wage job...
There will be 4 levels of minimum wage. In order to reach the higher levels, one must pass a 30-day evaluation test at their job, based on the quality of their skills, how they handle customer service, and how they treat their coworkers. The higher the level, the tougher the test....
3) Full audit and evaluation of Drug companies to see exactly how much is really being spent on research vs. how much is lining the pockets of their top execs. Also, repeal of the 7 year drug patent law. This has given drug companies monopolies on new drugs for too long. I will make the patent expire in 2 years! So the generic versions can flood the market and bring down the prices much earlier.
4) For those who are too poor to afford health insurance, I will create a nationwide system of government funded clinics and urgent care centers that will be overseen by JCAHO (The Joint Commission). That is the organization that oversees and inspects hospitals for cleanliness, compliance, etc... any violations results in fines and/or revoking of licensing. (I know this because I used to work in the healthcare industry)
5) Medicare overhaul - Get rid of the donut hole!!
6) Get rid of Cap & Trade!! (global warming regulations that penalizes businesses)
7) Full investigation of Monsanto and any other GMO food companies
8) Airlines to be broken up into smaller companies... There is no more real competition in the airline industry!

this is what I was going after when I asked that question....I just want to see what peoples actions are (seriously)its said that we need a return to true statesmanship, ok lets open the question to that, what would you do or what would be your "outline for action" if you were president....other then the "Golden rule" what would your guidelines be for putting any policy or law into work.....what set of "standards" would you have for being president.......what would you do to give people peace of mind, that would at least give a majority of the people the outlook that you are doing a good job............I know that not everyone is going to be happy there isn't anyone that is.......and I also know that we are in the last days so with that said I know that its not going to matter anyway, consider this a "exit poll".......what would you have like to seen out of a president what would you have done better.......like I said I don't want to see anyone disagreeing on any of the postings, if you have a disagreement please state what you would do...and please make no reference to what it is that you disagree with....ie so and so is not thinking right we need this.......
