If that is a list of all the sins then I must sin literally every second of the day. That list is utterly ridiculous and completely unrealistic.

God does indeed say stop sinning; Isaiah 1 is a Good example of God telling His people not to sin, most of the chapter is about God not listning to sinners,
but
one cannot remove the bit that deals with grace ;)
Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red as crimson,
they shall be like wool.

Also:
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

One of my favorites after a quick skimming
"306: STRIKING A MAN IN THE GROIN Deut 25:11,12"

Not only does this not say anything about 'striking' a man in the groin, it is actually condoning cutting a womans hand off for trying to end a fight.
Granted from the 'secret parts', who wouldn't be upset? I feel a swift shove would be in order, don't think I'd cut off my wife's hand. Nor would this fly in most of the free world, so what lesson is there to learn here? Is this really a sin against god, or is this a way for man to exact control over a woman?
