I like any animal that likes me and treats me with respect. That lets out the raccoons who threatened me and my dog, and when I put them in a cage to take them to a nice wild place kept jumping at me to try to bite me. And the deer who ate all my tulips and I simply don't get along.

That bunch of deer who threatened me with their sharp hoofs if I didn't give them my supper are not on my "like" list at all. I had hiked all day with a heavy backpack. We yelled, banged pans, stomped, stormed. They were cool, calm, insistent and we were almost out of control.

I want my animals house broken and obedient.
