Yes, brass is harmless, you can even have long painted finger nails.

Whereas the strings on a guitar are abrasive and rub off your finger prints
over time.

That being said if you play the saxophone the inside of your lower lip gets a
bit rubbery and firms up over time with the pressure of squeezing your lower lip
against your bottom teeth constantly. Try it curl your bottom lip over
your bottom teeth and clamp your mouth shut hard. :)

But you do develop good strong jaw muscles and
a 2-4 pack! That's due to constantly squeezing those stomach muscles to
force the air out of your lungs.

Oh the price we pay for a bit of fun.

I wonder how many people are now clamping their jaws shut.
Come on hands up, you tried it didn't you, lol

I had a couple of teeth removed a couple of weeks ago. I remember rubbery very well. Numb too. (And spilled my first sip of soda afterward to prove it. Apparently we count on a feeling in our mouth to tell us exactly what a sip is. lol)

friends, can you help me?

i hear about millennials, gen x-ers, etc, but who in the spherical world are they?

i know my husband is a baby-boomer, and i made it into that category by six months.
but say, our children were born between 1981 and 1995... where do they fit?

is this just an American thing? if it is, apologies for bringing it up on an international site.

and thanks for any help! :)
As far as I am aware the clue is jn the title. Millenials are people born in this Millenium they would be anyone up to age 15/16. The Baby Boomers were originally people born between 1945 and 1950 because there was a baby boom after WW2
the age range changed until it became anyone born up until the mid sixties. Of course I am going by UK ideas. The US is probably different. I am a Boomer but these days I more often feel Busted!!!
