after I got off of 'doctors telling me what drugs' I had to have, and hub also, we both decided
and I went head-first into 'detoxing', it was a roller-coaster for many, many days, until
The Lord led us, convicted us to find the balance we needed in order to stay alive...
there's oh so much that we could say here, but we will keep our peace and try not to
offend...

actually, it was pure 'hell' in the beginning and lasted for several years, as we had done so
much damage to our bodies through the 'medical-cycle', and on our own self-medicating,
yes, we bought into it, lock-stock-barrel', on 'both counts'...

long story short, we made a 'complete turn around' in our daily eating/living patterns -
easy? not hardly, we suffered beyond belief while 'detoxing' from our childhood and adulthood'
eating habits/prescription and personal drugs...
hubby was raised, 'meat and taters', me, I was raised whatever I could find or sneak
to eat...

well, hub has not been to a medical doctor since we have been together, late 70's, except to a
walk-in to have his face sewed-up after a stallion bit him, and I, through many trials and errors
have managed to manage my own healing with hub's help and of course our Heavenly Father's
guidance...

LUKE 18:27.
And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

I have done what i could do through the Grace of God these past years with the diabetes, and i thank God that He showed me the way to eat right, i believe He has showed me the right things to eat because He knew that one day i would need medication, I praise Him for that, for He says " I know the the plans I have for you, plans that will not harm you ", I just realized that as I was typing lol, Oh what a wonderful God we serve...xox...
