I have just been soo drained lately. The weather is cold and jumps back and forth between mild cold and icy. Rain and snow. Storm and no storm
Does anyone have any ideas how to kinda stay energized win dark seasons like winter and fall

Eat lots of meat. Stay off the sugars. I know Germany has plenty of beef. I don't think they have outlawed bacon yet. Get moving, lift heavy objects, repetitively. Everyone wants to bundle up inside when it's cold, makes you tired.

I have a lamp on all day in my room, it`s a warm glow on these dark days and night, sometimes I may light a candle , it lifts my mood if I am feeling tired...I live in my bedroom so I study, read and watch my documentaries, and I also have twig lights set on a timer, I bought a lovely big vase and set some stones at the bottom, then placed some lights battery run that also are on timer...

Every afternoon at 3;30 when it starts to get dark, these lights come on and I close my curtains, it`s very cozy :)...xox...

Take regular walks outdoors to build up your immunity to the cold. I actually prefer walking in colder weather than I do in warmer seasons. The brisk air invigorates me! Plus there's not as many people around in the wintertime and it's just me, nature and God.

I agree with dalconn and Tommy that exercise fends off weariness and lack of motivation. Buy small free weights & ankle weights and exercise/dance around to uplifting praise music. I guarantee, it'll only improve your situation. :)

There are sun lamps that can aid in replacing the lack of exposure to the sun in winter. I've heard of people using them and loving them.
Perhaps vitamin D, we normally get it from the sun, among other places.

Just keep doing things, rather than feeling like not doing things.

ug, is right,
and I'm sure that you are lagging a lot of other 'vitamins'
that are so essential to all of us, whether young or old..'B's'...+

listen to your body, if you can hear it, it will tell you what you need -
not often convenient, but this is where our 'keeping our Temple'
at its peak, as best we can comes in...

Yeast Flakes are a MUST for us, as well as the supplements that we both listen
to our bodies telling that they NEED - not hard when the pieces begin to come
together and we don't become lazy where we should be becoming stronger...

I do have to walk a lot...especially stairs. I am outside whenever i can.
Missy i already get as much sleep as i can i cant get up any later than 5.45 lol
I try to eat lots of fruit and all in all make sure i have a good balanced diet. But not much helps the gloomy wweather lol. I do take B2 supplements but i always gotta be careful because over time it affects my eyes negatively. I just need more sunshine lol
Thanks for the tipps everyone

I find that anything high on vitamin C helps a lot like ginger and oranges

yeast flakes? for energy? that is a new one, I know I take B12 and D in the winter, also started some stuff called Niagen that is helping a lot.
I also take some green coffee beans, about a 1/4 tsp. they contain chlorogenic acid and it speeds up the metabolic rate, warms me up fast.

Don't eat lots of meat. He has no idea what he is talking about. It may temporarily stimulate you, but in the long term it will hurt you.
Use the warming oils to stay warmer. Eat warming foods (Oregano, Thyme, etc.)
Infra Red sauna.
Hot water on your wrists.
