Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated. This time of year it seems I always get these symptoms.

Do you perhaps have pollen allergies?
I ask since you say this is seasonal

Eat a few spoonfuls of honey. Drink hot tea with honey or lemon in it. Drink lots and lots of water. The more hydrated you are, the less your nose will drip..lol :)

Yea, do have yourself checked for allergies Modern allergy meds won't make you as sleepy as they did a decade or two ago.

You could also buy / make saline solutions to "flush" your nose.

I assumed it was allergies, it drives me crazy. Thank you blueladybug, I will most certainly try it!! Thank you wwjd, I will start using a saline spray.

A nasal spray with xylitol in it may also work for you. The xylitol makes it hard for pollens and bacteria to cling to nasal cavities and sinuses. I hope God lets you find something that works.
