I finally gave up all of my sexual irgues and temptations in order to fully pursue a rightous life to glorify Him. I still can't believe I managed to get on this path bc I never thought I'd even consider waiting to have sex w/ anyone before marriage. Then it hit me last night and well..I've been reborn..for the 2nd time now lol

Just looking for any friends who care sweet, caring, and wholesome so that I can build a heathy friendshup w/ and further glorify the Lord! :)

spectacular but also strange lol if i may be blunt i would often self pleasure sometimes just as merely something to do. I rarely needed an excuse to do it. like i would be watching tv and see something even just SLIGHTLY surgestive and thing "oh yeah, ill go do that!" but I have not had a single solitary urge in over 24 hrs so far!

I woke up this morning for the first time in my life thanking God and praising His glory before I even opened my eyes!

I have never felt stronger or more pure! I just want to find friends to help keep me level and accountable while maintaing this new found purity! :)

I hope that wasn't too much info for this site lol I just really wanted to express why I'm on here...had I not had such a total turn around I wouldn't be on this site seeking continued exposer to those who share my faith

This is a tough area, but God is so good! I was in your same position about a year ago, with a completely newfound look on intimacy. I am going to pray for you, as the devil does NOT like to lose!

I had already FOUND the right one which is why it made this especially hard lol but my girlfriend has been supportive of me and my decision to wait.

How do I know she's my soulmate?

Well, apart from having so many things and beliefs in common, I found her about a year ago..I had been having a rough day and I was feeling lonely and pathetic so I literally typed in an "attractive" first name (Stephanie) and paired it w/ the last name of a distant branch of my family tree I remembered hearing at a family reunion when I was 11...

God literally sent me my soulmate thru facebook w/ a name...of all the MILLIONS of names and combinations I found her amidst that...

I mean if that doesn't strengthen faith as well, I'm not sure what will lol :D

Glad to see that you're now trying to follow the Lord much more closely, Caleb! Ummm....a few things about your certainty that your lady friend is your soulmate. She very well could be, but I've never heard of an American specifically looking for someone who had the same last name as people they were already related to :eek: :). I won't say anything else, not trying to kill the mood, and I hope I didn't offend (that phrase is used very often on this site, as it should be; so many different cultures here :)). Again, so glad to have you deeper in the fold, my friend! :).

lol i didn't mean it like that haha i mainly wanted an "in" lol so it wasn't a total lie when i messaged her saying "I was looking for a relative of mine but then I stumbled upon you..." lol

The "people I'm related to" were, in all honesty, only related thru several marriages. So its not like I picked my cousins last name or anything lol *slaps head for saying this* lol


But don't worry I made sure she wasn't related to me haha I definitely see how that sounds tho having phrased it as i did lol
