If one believes there is such a thing as evolution, well you're probably not saved. There's a fella named Kent Hovid(sp?), a scientist that perhaps can clear up your understanding or lack of on that subject. Certainly not I but we didn't evolve from apes, though at times we behave that way. Trust God, love our Lord, clean house, serve others and be ready. Jesus will come when we least expect him. I am sure that there are many that believe in evolution that are indeed saved, same is true for those that believe in a flat earth or other things. You are correct in saying that we should serve others and be ready for when Jesus comes back. Glad to have you onboard with us. Welcome to CC.

Lol…… is this intro supposed to be a counter to mine? Or did it organically develop?
while I’m not wasting time repeating everything on multiple threads the only difference between a Christian who believes in evolution and a Christian who does not believe in evolution is knowing 8th + biology. Though I guess those who understand why the Bible is not at war also probably has a better grasp on contextual analysis, cultural connections to theology and ect…. I guess in general they are just better at employing wisdom when it comes to complexities. We also don’t struggle with saying everyone is going to hell and so I think I’m general we understand the grace, mercy and love of Yahweh and his son Jesus Christ. Typically it seems the most hateful wolves in Christianity are the yecist.
