The easiest way is go to the front page, then under the blue 'Chat now!' button you will see a line of blue words. One says 'Photo'. Clicking this takes you to the Profile Photo page.
Also, farther to the left is 'Avatar' if you want to add an avatar.
These are simpler and faster than the post above me.
Avatars are the picture that shows up under your name in forums/chat rooms, such as my eyeball.
